Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. All returns must be made within 10 working days of the delivery date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise it will not be accepted. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
Please also indicate what you are returning, the reason why and whether you require an exchange or credit. The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt. Please note this does not apply to international orders.
